Acceptance
By adding any of our bots to your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Discord Terms of Service
Our bots operate on the Discord platform. By using our bots, you also agree to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, available at discord.com/terms and discord.com/guidelines. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Terms of Service take precedence.

Services provided
We provide Discord bots on a subscription basis. Services vary by bot and may include security features, games, web3 integrations, or custom functionality as agreed upon.

Payment
Subscription fees are paid in cryptocurrency on a monthly basis. Payments may be made in advance for multiple months. Failure to maintain payment will result in the bot being taken offline for your server. No refunds are issued for unused subscription time.

Admin access
Some bots require administrator permissions to function. By granting these permissions you acknowledge this is necessary for the bot to operate and that permissions will not be abused beyond stated functionality.

Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or misuse our bots. We reserve the right to terminate service to any server at our discretion.

Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or bot unavailability.

Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our bots constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Disclaimer
Our bots are provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from their use.
